This PA6 Nylon Hollow Wall Heavy Duty Wing Anchor is a maximum-capacity fastening solution engineered for TV wall mounts, monitor brackets, and heavy wall-mounted electronic fixtures on plasterboard, hollow brick, and cavity wall substrates. Each anchor includes a 12mm diameter PA6 nylon expanding wing plug pre-matched with an M8 x 70mm zinc-plated self-tapping screw, delivering the highest load capacity available for hollow wall anchoring applications.

The installation follows the reliable hollow wall anchoring principle: drill a 12mm hole at each TV bracket mounting position, insert the nylon plug until the flange is flush with the wall surface, position the TV wall mount bracket, and drive the M8 screw through the bracket into the plug. As the screw advances to full depth, it compresses the nylon body and triggers the oversized internal folding wings to spread outward behind the wall cavity. These wings open fully to form an exceptionally large rear bearing surface, creating a powerful positive mechanical lock against the back of the plasterboard or hollow brick that securely supports the substantial weight of modern flat-screen televisions.

The nylon material combines outstanding toughness with superior aging resistance, maintaining full wing expansion force and structural integrity through years of static television weight loading.
