The Hollow Brick Winged Anchor solves both problems with an extended-reach wing and controlled-expansion sleeve body.
The extended wing deploys further than standard anchors, reaching past the thin face shell to engage the internal web structure or cavity walls for positive mechanical lock in the void space. The controlled-expansion sleeve body limits radial force to prevent crushing or cracking the brittle aerated concrete or clay block material.
The smooth tapered nose guides the anchor into the pre-drilled hole without chipping the brittle brick face. The pre-alignment collar accepts 2-3 pre-turns for single-unit insertion, especially valuable on vertical walls where loose components are easily dropped.
