Product Description

The Frame Fixing Winged Nylon Expansion Anchor features an extended 70-100mm sleeve body for door frame, window frame, and structural timber anchoring into solid brick and concrete. The extra-long body penetrates through the frame material and deep into the structural wall, providing a secure through-fixing that resists repeated opening and closing forces. The side wing deploys approximately 20mm from the tip, engaging the solid substrate well behind any cavity or frame gap.

The smooth tapered nose cone guides the long sleeve cleanly into deep drill holes without jamming or folding. The pre-alignment collar allows 2-3 pre-turns of the supplied long screw, enabling single-unit insertion through the frame's pre-drilled mounting hole and into the wall behind it. Molded from high-toughness nylon PA6, the extended sleeve maintains full tensile strength along its entire length.

The material is permanently rust-free and resists acid and alkali attack from mortar, render, and environmental exposure, ensuring decades of reliable frame anchoring.
