Product Description

Molded from premium-grade PA66 (Polyamide 66) compound with a heat deflection temperature 40°C higher than conventional PA6, this anchor maintains full structural integrity and reliable wing deployment performance in environments exposed to sustained high temperatures including factory mezzanine walls, commercial kitchen partitions, HVAC equipment room enclosures, and industrial drywall assemblies near heat-generating machinery. The PA66 body retains the same butterfly toggle expansion mechanism: the anchor is inserted through a pre-drilled hole in the hollow wall panel and the screw is tightened to expand the butterfly wings behind the cavity. Installation follows the standard four-step drywall fastening procedure: drill the hole with a matching diameter bit, clean drilling dust thoroughly from the borehole, insert the folded toggle anchor into the cavity, and tighten the screw to deploy the wings securely behind the plasterboard.
