It is designed for single-layer gypsum board and plasterboard up to 15 mm thickness, or double-layer boards up to 25 mm. For fiber cement board and plywood, we recommend boards no thicker than 10 mm. For thicker or harder materials, a small pilot hole may improve installation ease.

Can the self-drilling anchor be removed and reused?

The anchor can be unscrewed and removed, but we do not recommend reusing it in the same hole as the board material around the hole may have been compromised. For repositioning, simply install a new anchor in a fresh location nearby.

What is the load capacity compared to traditional pre-drilled anchors?
