The No Pre-Drill Self-Tapping Nylon Screw-In Plastic Spiral Expansion Anchor is designed for hollow brick, hollow block, cavity walls, and fiber cement board substrates where pre-drilling is either inconvenient or risks damaging the thin web material of hollow units. The anchor features an enhanced self-tapping tip and aggressive spiral thread that can directly penetrate soft to medium-hard hollow wall materials without the need for a separate pilot hole. The deep spiral threads create a strong grip within the limited web material thickness of hollow bricks and blocks.

This anchor is ideal for electrical box mounting, plumbing bracket installation, light fixture attachment, and decorative panel fixing in hollow wall applications where conventional expansion anchors may spin, crack the thin cavity wall, or fail to achieve adequate grip. The nylon PA6 material provides excellent insulation properties and will not corrode in humid cavity wall environments.
