This ribbed screw anchor is made of high-quality plastic and is ideal for fastening on hollow, thin and lightweight materials, such as drywall and plasterboard. The wings expand upon the anchor's insertion into the material for added stability.This type has no outer ring or lip that remains outside the pre-drilled hole, so there will not be any plastic visible once the screw is in place. Also, whatever is being attached to the wall will sit directly against the wall, with no gap.
