Product Description

Fluted Plastic Anchors are designed for light duty fastening applications in concrete, block, brick or stone. Fluted plastic anchors are made from ductile plastic and are used with sheet metal or wood screws.

The load capacities for this product depend on the integrity of the base material in which it is installed. These fasteners are not recommended for use overhead or heavy duty applications where holding values are critical.

Plastic Plugs are designed to work with Screw. The plugs are constructed of green plastic for durability and can be removed without affecting Anchor or walls. Plastic plug anchors are used for light duty applications. Used to anchor to: plaster, brick, concrete and other masonry. The ribs prevent the plastic plug from twisting or turning during installation.

Features

Plastic wall plugs provide a versatile fixing solution for a wide range of building materials. They perform reliably in both solid walls (concrete, brick, masonry) and hollow walls (drywall, plasterboard, aerated concrete blocks).

Manufactured from high-grade PA6 nylon, these wall plugs offer excellent impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. Unlike metal alternatives, they will not rust, making them suitable for damp and outdoor environments.

Engineered with longitudinal ribs and anti-rotation fins, the plug locks firmly into the pre-drilled hole and prevents spinning during screw driving. The stress-free plug neck protects tiles, plaster, and other delicate surfaces from cracking or damage during installation.

The expansion mechanism activates as the screw is driven in, forcing the plug body to expand tightly against the hole wall. The ribbed surface increases friction and pull-out resistance, delivering secure and dependable anchorage.

Installation requires only basic tools – a standard drill with a masonry bit and a screwdriver. Simply drill the hole to the specified diameter, clean out the dust, insert the wall plug, and drive in the screw.
