Installation follows the reliable expansion principle: drill a 12mm hole to the full 80mm depth in the concrete or solid masonry wall, thoroughly clean all drilling dust from the hole, insert the nylon plug until the collar is flush with the wall surface, align the curtain rail bracket, and drive the M10 screw through the bracket into the plug. As the screw reaches its full insertion depth, the cone-shaped tail expands the nylon body radially against the hole wall, creating an exceptionally strong friction lock capable of securely supporting heavy curtain systems spanning wide window openings. The installation requires only standard tools - a drill with a 12mm masonry bit and a screwdriver or impact driver - with absolutely no special setting tools or chemical anchoring systems needed.
