Installation follows the established expansion principle: drill an 8mm hole to the required depth in the solid wall substrate, thoroughly clean the hole of drilling dust and debris, insert the nylon plug until its collar sits flush with the wall surface, align the door frame bracket, and drive the M6 screw through the bracket into the plug. As the screw reaches full insertion depth, the cone-shaped tail section forces the nylon plug body to expand radially against the hole wall, creating a powerful friction lock capable of supporting the substantial weight of solid timber door frames and wall-mounted structural assemblies.
