Installation follows the classic expansion principle: drill a 10mm hole to the full required depth in the concrete or masonry substrate, thoroughly clean the hole of all drilling dust and debris, insert the nylon plug until its collar is flush with the wall surface, align the pipe clamp bracket, and drive the M8 screw through the bracket into the plug. As the screw reaches full insertion depth, the cone-shaped tail section forces the nylon body to expand radially, creating a powerful friction lock distributed along the entire 60mm plug length.
