Product Description

Each complete set includes a 5mm diameter PA6 nylon expansion plug pre-matched with an M3 x 25mm zinc-plated steel screw, providing a ready-to-use fastening system without the need to source or verify screw compatibility.

The installation follows the classic expansion principle: drill a 5mm hole at the marked outlet box position, insert the nylon plug until its collar sits flush with the wall surface, then drive the M3 screw into the plug. As the screw advances, the cone-shaped tail forces the plug body to expand radially against the hole wall, creating a secure friction lock that anchors the electrical box firmly in place. The nylon plug body is non-conductive and electrically insulating, providing inherent safety when mounting near live wiring and electrical components.
