When the M10 screw is driven in, the four wings deploy across a 32mm diameter behind the inner drywall layer, creating a knot-lock that anchors through the full wall assembly. Installation requires only a drill, screwdriver, and the anchor itself - no special tools needed. Drill a 14mm hole through both drywall layers, insert the anchor until flush, and drive the M10 screw to activate the full knot-expansion mechanism.
