Product Description

The product is a fastening component specifically designed for the installation and leveling of light steel keel in building decoration engineering. It combines the anchoring function of traditional expansion pipes with the adjustment advantages of specialized leveling structures, aiming to solve the problems of difficult control of keel flatness, low installation efficiency, and easy deformation in ceiling or partition construction.

As a basic anchor, it is implanted into prefabricated holes in walls or floors. When the screw is tightened, the expansion tube expands and tightly engages with the base surface, providing stable tensile support. Common materials include high-strength nylon or plastic, and some high-end products adopt fish scale pattern design to enhance multi-directional cushioning and grip.

Its structural feature is that there is a fixed isolation plate (or limit plate) between the threaded tip and the nut. After the screw is screwed into the expansion tube, the isolation plate can directly press against the back of the keel, and the height position of the keel can be precisely adjusted by rotating the nut, achieving the combination of "rigid support" and "flexible adjustment".
