The Long Neck Winged Drywall Anchor is specifically designed for thick insulation board and composite panel applications where standard length anchors cannot reach through the panel thickness to the cavity space. Featuring an extended neck section of 70 mm to 120 mm, this anchor penetrates through thick external insulation layers and deploys the winged toggle in the substrate cavity behind the insulation. The elongated neck is manufactured from the same high-strength nylon PA6 as the toggle body, providing a continuous load path from the fixture surface through the insulation layer into the structural backing. Ideal for external wall insulation system (EWIS) fixture attachment, sandwich panel mounting, and decorative cladding over insulation board where the anchor must bridge a substantial panel thickness before reaching the hollow cavity. Available with both pan head and countersunk head options to suit different fixture types.
